Meet Judy
Paediatric Physiotherapist
I qualified in 2015 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire and have since dedicated my career to supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. I am a highly specialist paediatric physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience across both NHS and private settings, working with babies, children and young people up to the age of 25.
Throughout my career, I've supported children with a wide range of needs in many different environments, including clinics, mainstream and specialist schools, nurseries and family homes. This experience has given me a broad understanding of how to tailor therapy to each child's world, because therapy works best when it fits naturally into everyday life.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists, ensuring my practice is safe, up-to-date and evidence-based.
After completing my core NHS rotations, I chose to specialise in paediatrics, a field I have always felt passionate about. Over the years, I have completed extensive postgraduate training in:
Specialist training
My approach is centred around making therapy a positive and enjoyable experience for your child focusing on their interests, strengths, and goals and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and motivated. I work closely with families every step of the way, so you feel supported, involved, and reassured throughout your child's journey.
Alongside physiotherapy, I am also an experienced taekwondo instructor, and I love incorporating elements of martial arts into sessions where appropriate. It's often a big favourite with the children and a wonderful way to build strength, coordination and confidence.
A personalised, child-centred approach
Every child is unique, which is why Judy's approach is always tailored to your child's individual needs, strengths and goals.
A calm, supportive environment
Sessions take place in a welcoming, well-equipped studio designed to support a wide range of needs, including spider cage therapy, gait training and more.
The aim is to create a space where children feel relaxed and confident, with all the benefits of specialist therapy without the clinical feel of a hospital.
