These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Growing Together Physiotherapy website, booking system, and services.

By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide physiotherapy services for babies, children and young people. Services are delivered by qualified physiotherapists or approved contractors working with Growing Together Physiotherapy.

Information provided on this website is for general information only and does not replace professional medical advice.

3. Bookings

Appointments can be booked online via our website or by contacting us directly.

When you make a booking, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary, including for clinical, safety, or operational reasons.

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be updated from time to time.

5. Insurance-funded appointments

If your treatment is funded in full or in part by a health insurer (e.g. Aviva, AXA, Bupa):

• You must obtain appropriate authorisation before treatment begins
• You are responsible for any charges not covered by your insurer (including excesses or shortfalls)
• If an insurer declines payment, responsibility for payment remains with you

We recommend confirming coverage directly with your insurer before attending.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling & missed appointments

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (<24 hours) may be charged in full
• Missed appointments (no notice) will be charged in full
• This applies to both private and insurance-funded sessions

In exceptional circumstances, we may review charges at our discretion.

7. Packages and prepaid sessions

Where sessions are purchased in a block:

• Sessions are non-transferable
• Sessions must be used within the stated time period
• Missed/late cancellations may still count as used
• Unused sessions are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Therapists and contractors

Some services may be delivered by self-employed contractors.

We ensure all therapists are appropriately qualified, registered, and insured.

9. Clinical responsibility

Treatment is based on the information available at the time.

You are responsible for informing us of:

• Medical conditions
• Changes in health
• Any concerns relevant to treatment

10. Website availability

We aim to keep our website and booking system available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

14. Governing law
