Before your appointment

Please check with your insurer whether physiotherapy is covered under your policy and obtain any required authorisation or claim number before your appointment.

Depending on your insurer and policy terms, we may either invoice your insurer directly or ask you to pay for your appointment and provide you with an invoice/receipt for reimbursement.
